Mr. Foxer Posted June 13, 2010 Report Share Posted June 13, 2010 I tried joining the first time, forgot the server had all of those annoying quake sounds, downloaded the soundpack, waited for almost 20 minutes for TF2 to load with this crap new mac build, ended up quitting after five or so minutes because my FPS was terrible along with some other reasons. I was there when that happened, God that was annoying!Sorry I had to leave early. I was actually at a party, and people were begging me to get in the pool with them. I figured this was the only time I could join in on the server for a while thanks to the free weekend, so I did TF2 before joining the party.I will get TF2 as soon as I can! We made it through the entire map rotation. I think we may alternate between custom map weeks and vanilla combo weeks.If we can keep this kind of turnout up, I'll make it a 32 player server. Then the game will just become a spamfest... there's plenty of 32 servers anyway. Whats hard is finding a good, fun, lenient 24 player server.
