That Horror-ish shoot 'em up. (Large Image) Well if you have been playing and got those annoying other users. You're in luck. Recently I got a server running for just the sort of the fun games we have been having lately. So this server will be open for the next month or so. But please enjoy at your own leisure. Only problem for me is I have custom maps as well that you wouldn't really be able to download easily, but as long as you vote for original ones (I don't know how to get the custom off the list, plus I play them with friends from time to time), there wouldn't be a problem. Good to see that we got a server up, I missed playing games with you SFO guys. I liked playing with Vy'Drach, but it was usually just me, Waffles, Fedora, him, and someone else. And its pretty effing OP.. Its like a lever action rifle with much more power.. Its actually more powerful than the M14 EBR and less expansive... The closest one is the "Dr. T's Lead Delivery System" which is the steampunk tommygun but it's stats are different from the bullpup, normal Thompson, or the Rising Storm Tommy Gun that it looks similar to. The Orca Bomb Launcher is fucking fantastic btw. It works like the M79 grenade launcher but opens up new tactics due to a point blank shot will have the fuse still burning on it, letting you point blank decapitate a following Gorefast then turn and run and let the bomb kill the massive crawler wave following after that, but otherwise it works like an M79. It has less range in that it has more drop and has a fuse that makes it have a limited range as well. But the extra arcing is great since you can lob it over the front of a group's head into the middle and wipe out the entire group. I am not sure but it seems to have a bit smaller of a blast radius since I've shot it directly into enemies and taken no damage at ranges where the M79 would of caused a bit. Also, the biggest advantage of the Orca is that while the M79/M32/M203 grenades cause a massive amount of obstructive smoke, the Orca causes infinitely less smoke that isn't even obstructive at it's worst point, and it dissipates much quicker. It can also fire around corners and a hilarious use for it is running down a hallway and shooting a low ceiling so the bomb lays in wait for enemies behind you. The Single Piston Musket is a steampunk Lee Enfield and has great headshot damage, dealing about 4.4k headshot damage to a clot on Hard at rank 6, and you can two hit headshot a Fleshpound on Hard solo, three at the most (you can also two body and a headshot kill them), it stuns Scrakes, it has a rapid fire rate from the hip, good damage, great hip accuracy (I rarely use the scope), and a quick reload (as a rank 6 Sharpshooter). The only problem with it really is the scope is misleading, you don't point the arrow on it at the head as it should be, instead, the point of aim for it is the base of the arrow, just above where the post meets the arrow. The Double Chamber Zed Thrower is basically like the Combat Shotgun and Kel-Tec KSG shotgun had a baby. It's a magazine fed, 10 round, semi-automatic shotgun with an alt fire that works similar to the airblast from TF2's Pyros, just not as long of a range nor as powerful, and won't extinguish teammates. The Dr. T's Lead Delivery System is the most generic of the lot being a high capacity bullet thrower and that's all. It's not a bad gun, but I tend to get the Rising Storm Tommy Gun and a bullpup as Commando (bullpup is so underrated, it's great for killing sirens and below and has such a rapid reload compared to other assault rifles). I then carry that loadout for a couple of rounds before trading in the bullpup for the Mk. 17 MOD 0 SCAR, so it doesn't get any real use for me. I suppose if I didn't have the Rising Storm Tommy Gun I'd use it though since it's just a less magazine capacity version of that. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I got the achievement for having all the generators up at once, keeping the guy from getting hit in both parts, and would have had the one for not getting hit but a crawler scratched me for no real damage at all and fucked that up. BUT ANYWAYS, I've been looking through the old files from the server and one specific on caught my eye. Some old coding for a music player that plays your own music... that is if you put your favorite songs in .ogg format. HOW DO? Open the user.ini file (Program Files x86 > Steam > steamapps > common > KillingFloor > System) The file will open like a .txt document. find the f-keys, choose any it doesn't matter. I chose f10 then just put "F10 = musicmenu In game this will open a shitty window in-game that will let you pick songs to add to your playlists. Remember, it has to be in .ogg format to work. However it's not too expensive, 5.20 when I last remembered. When I get a couple paychecks in the future I'll try to or at least host donations or something.
