Drasiana
e: seriouspost though The Arwing in the very beginning looks a lot like it was just yoinked from Assault, as does the logo. The music sounds hilariously retro, "Star Fox: Eladard" is just wat, and I have no idea what the fuck that guy is doing to that poor camera. I'm sure a really precursory demo wouldn't be as nice as I'm probably expecting this thing to be, but I'm not going to put full stock into this being the real deal. I'm sure there are other signs of fakery in there too unfortunately, but I'm just jaded by the seven million bunk "new Star Fox leaks" we've seen before.
Patch93
Yeah, I'm gonna have to agree with Dras on this one. It just looks incredibly fake. The outdated Assault Arwing (which is friggin overrated and overused btw) and the incorrect original copyright date are dead giveaways. Also the name Star Fox: Eladard doesn't make any sense because I doubt most companies know about SF2's existence due to its non-release.
Drasiana
Apparently (though I'm not certain) the copyright for Star Fox was re-filed in 1997 for Star Fox 64 so that might explain it. I'd verify it by checking the dates listed on the previous games, but my internet refuses to stream any Youtube footage of it so someone else can check that out. I also doubt that the companies in charge of making a game in a franchise would not be privy to unreleased games in it--Star Fox 2 was not exactly a huge secret. The placement of Platinum's logo did appear odd to me too though.
Icy
Looks like a fake intended to appear as a super early development build. Why would anyone still be faking new SF games, though? :V This would be amazing, especially with Platinum Games doing it, but I doubt it's real. We'll see, I suppose. Snys93
I don't know. A small part of me wanted to be excited, then I remembered the previous bullsh*t with Starfox United and the fake Metroid crossover. But I don't know. I had the feels when I saw the Arwing.

StarFoxfan-FUR_ever
Im going to poke fun at the least important detail of all. Look at the way the (Press +) looks. Specifically look at the plus sign. If I am not mistaken, isn't the Wii + button represented on screen by a white circle with a black + sign? Now pause at 0:22 Look at the plus symbol and compare it to the Platinum logo + sign. Am I seeing things, or does the "Press +" plus sign look like a smaller version of the Platinum logo plus sign? sroberson
Dras is correct about the copyright. Star Fox 64 had a copyright mark of 1997. Its interesting to note that a lot of people are calling this video fake simply based on that copyright discrepancy.
Scourge
Arwing at the start ripped from Assault Starfox Title and logo ripped from assault Copyright thingy Black Hole in the background looking a helluvalot like the black hole in the background of the opening window of Mass Effect 2 Weird ass name Weird ass music ....safe to say this one is debunked? Patch93
Well just because Star Fox 64 was a reboot of the franchise doesn't mean the original copyright of the franchise was renewed. Plus, they've been putting references to the SNES game in Smash Bros., Assault and Command, and Wario Ware: Smooth Moves, so Nintendo still does somewhat acknowledge its existence, just not canonically. Hope(N Forever)
People want to believe something like this is true, which is normal considering how long we all yearned for a brand new game all these years. Regardless, I'd rather not believe in this suspicious video than be shot down again when it is definitely confirmed illegitimate.

DZComposer
Clearly fake, but one of the better fakes I have seen. The copyright statement is based off of Star Fox 64 3D's.SFAd's says only 2002, SFAs says 2004-2005, and SFC's says only 2006.I would expect any new game released to have a copyright date of only the year(s) it was released and announced. Why it is fake:1. Eladard music is straight from the SNES Star Fox 2.2. I saw an SFAs Arwing in there, the same Arwing used in everu Star Fox hoax ever.3. In media, the word "Produced" has a specific meaning - the one who oversaw and financed the game (the financial producer is usually called the "Executive Producer"). In the relationship described, Nintendo would actually be the producing entity.4. Logo compositing looks unprofessional. Yeah, it is based off of the SFAs logo, but then SFC's logo was, too.5. Eladard is an out-of-place name for a game in the series.Seriously, there have been many 3D Arwings made by fan artists. If you want to make a fake game hoax, use one of those. SFAs Arwings instantly kill the credibility.

Snys93
Did someone say cloverfield Coming this summer, the inevitable sequel that NO ONE is talking about... Cloverfield 2: Return of the Abrams - Guys I think we need to resign ourselves to the fact Nintendo may not be coming out with one. Starfox will live on only in our dreams, fan fics and outdated consoles,
