0 Flare
That's the only folder you get when you go into Skype? In my files there are 5 folders. 4 of those number ones and then the Apps folder. https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA12233/what-should-i-do-if-i-get-a-blank-blue-screen-when-i-try-signing-in-to-skype-for-windows-desktop This has some of the other fixes by the way.
0 Flare
http://community.skype.com/t5/Windows-desktop-client/Skype-not-displaying-logon-screen/td-p/1720963 Try Below: Exit Skype. Go to, C:ProgramDataSkypeApps folder Rename the folder login to login1. Now try running Skype. There's just the answer. If that one doesn't work google had a few other links with different solutions too. First link on Google. Stop using Bing.

0 DZComposer
I find it hilarious that a program by a Microsoft subsidiary doesn't have a digital signature.
0 Gestalt
I find it hilarious that a program by a Microsoft subsidiary doesn't have a digital signature. The way windows 8 hides "run anyway" makes it even more hilarious. Nice to know I'm protected from Microsoft by Microsoft.
