Monokuma
Hello, students! I've been playing TF2 as my mod-heavy self lately, and the thought of other SF-O'ers playing the same way never crossed my mind. So, a question, class: Have you used a TF2 mod before, and if so, which ones do you use, and what can you recommend for the vanilla-players? My first recommendation (This one's for you, High.): http://tf2.gamebanana.com/skins/134003 Doge Heads
Icy
I made my own sounds for a few things, I use various custom HUDs depending on when you catch me, and I have one or two misc mods installed. Other than that, I don't have a heavily-modded TF2 and I intend to keep it that way. Nothing against people who like giving their game a complete makeover, though. To me it just takes away from the game we're meant to play. :
Dr. Orange
I had one that changed the Scoot to Fox McBurger and I think a custom mod that would allow me to play .wav files through TF2 so I didn't need to listen to screaming kids. I am looking for some Comp. HUDs because somethings are getting in the way. And holy shit so much doge. woww
Monokuma
I mostly use player skins, therefore, my classes are various fur-based animals, but the only other mods I use are odd weaponry, such as a demo katana that plays murderous music.
Scott7
Pft.. Dodge heads. Trenchcoats are where it's really at! (Also, I think this particular thread is better suited for The Das Kritzhaus section. It's usually where we more or less post our TF2 Junk. )
Hidi
I don't really use a lot of texture mods because they crash my game, but I use a custom HUD and have some custom textures:42 Custom Crosshairs pack: http://tf2.gamebanana.com/sprites/3017Syringe Gun Needle Tails http://tf2.gamebanana.com/sprites/4563Minecraft Hurt Noise http://tf2.gamebanana.com/sounds/20298Medi Gun Beam http://tf2.gamebanana.com/sprites/4719Medic Call Bubble http://tf2.gamebanana.com/sprites/4694
Monokuma
Pft.. Dodge heads. Trenchcoats are where it's really at! Just add a doge head, and it'll be that much cooler.
Sarita
(Also, I think this particular thread is better suited for The Das Kritzhaus section. Vy'drach
Back when I did play, well, this'll give you a rough idea. http://cloud-4.steampowered.com/ugc/612771458440167195/03469732F0C6ABA32A5D80486BC8C98E2145B5EB/ Plus just about every sound in that game was modded. That Boombringer, for example, plays custom music, as does the dispenser.
