Adventures in Japanese

Okay, so I have an American copy of Star Fox Adventures, a Gamecube, and a Panasonic Q (unmodded). In the Gamecube, everything is in English, but in the Q, the text is in Japanese, but the voices stay the same.

That's extremely interesting, the American version has Japanese text. See, I have the Japanese version of Adventures and it DOESN'T have Japanese text! What's going on?

Hm... Could it be the Free Loader or something? And so does yours have the voices in Japanese?

Anyway. You can see that it's the same disk in the Gamecube and the Q. In order to play it on the Q without modding it is with the free loader.

It neither makes sense for an English game to work in Japanese or a Japanese game work in English. Since we're both using the Freeloader, perhaps it has something to do with that. Regardless, in the Japanese version, there is no Japanese audio.
