Asper Sarnoff
We allready have a thread about fast food. But what if you don't like to eat stuff with more grease than raw food materials in it? That is what this thread is about.I've yet to meet someone who regards food only as something one eats to stay alive. Good food can taste unbelivably... well, good.First of, let's share what your idea of the perfect meal is, if you could go into a restaurant with plenty of time to spare and could order absolutely everything you'd like, what would it be?What I'd order is kind of difficult to explain. The main dish would be centered around a large bit of fine beef. Rare done, of course. In a strong, dark sauce, with fried vegetables such as squash, onions and mushrooms. All with a solid dose of potatoes gratinated in cream and cheese. To round of with, the best dessert there is. Panacotta with homemade raspberry jam. What is your favorite(s)? CrypticQuery
This is definitely a tough one, but I'd have to say something from the Chinese cuisine. Maybe Chicken w/ Broccoli on white rice for an entree, some fried chicken wings to go with them, some lo-mein, lemon boneless chicken, etc. THERE IS SO MUCH TO CHOOSE FROM!! For dessert I'd take a chocolate cake with chocolate chips inside of it, with a tall glass of milk to top it off. Oh no, now I'm hungry

Guest Julius Quasar
Well...I remember when I was traveling cross country last October with my buddy Jon. When we reached North Carolina, there was this little restaurant we ate at with all his old high school buddies...I had a bacon cheeseburger, with cheddar AND blue cheese, and this bacon that was like none other I ever ate, and the mean for the burger itself...*drools* The bun was light enough to float...the fries were excellent, crisp, mealy....just the right seasonings...Had that been my last meal, I'd tell the warden "Bring on the lethal injection...I'm comin' home!".*sighs wistfully*
