first, do you read? do you like to? second, what's better , a good ol fashion book with paper OR read on the Internet. If you have the choice to read a book, you you read it on paper or on screen?

Me? well, the internet. Why? because i don't want those great authors like mary higgins and stephen king.... i want to read stories by everyone. as simple as that. ^^

I've been gradually moving away from paper books the last year, and over to reading fanfiction and writing my own stuff. I still would prefer sitting in a nice, comfy chair with a good ol' book made of paper given the choice really.

For me, nothing beats opening a new book and smelling the scent of the ink and paper processing that gets trapped in it, that's a good moment that gets me ready to read.

It also applies to old books since they end up with a scent of their own, which gets you ready for a good read as well.

And I prefer to lie down when I read, since I tend to read before going to sleep, and I can't do that with my computer, and looking at words on the screen for too long can sometimes give me a headache. Plus, if I am really engrossed in a book, I take it everywhere and read it at any and all possible moments.

I do not read that much, so I

can say that both depend on

the quality of the writing. A

bad book is like a bad fiction

to me.

In the same vein, a good fiction

and a good book a pretty the same

to me, exept that since the book is

usually longer, I may enjoy it for more

time... Also you can keep the book in a

handy place so you can take it with you

were you want to.

still, their are computers everywhere those days. Even when i travel, i prefer reading on the net. It cost less, and finding a good book is... hard, for me... a good fiction, not so hard (thanks google)
