Guest krystal08
first, do you read? do you like to? second, what's better , a good ol fashion book with paper OR read on the Internet. If you have the choice to read a book, you you read it on paper or on screen? Me? well, the internet. Why? because i don't want those great authors like mary higgins and stephen king.... i want to read stories by everyone. as simple as that. ^^
Asper Sarnoff
I've been gradually moving away from paper books the last year, and over to reading fanfiction and writing my own stuff. I still would prefer sitting in a nice, comfy chair with a good ol' book made of paper given the choice really.
Vy'drach
For me, nothing beats opening a new book and smelling the scent of the ink and paper processing that gets trapped in it, that's a good moment that gets me ready to read. It also applies to old books since they end up with a scent of their own, which gets you ready for a good read as well. And I prefer to lie down when I read, since I tend to read before going to sleep, and I can't do that with my computer, and looking at words on the screen for too long can sometimes give me a headache. Plus, if I am really engrossed in a book, I take it everywhere and read it at any and all possible moments.
Guest DRL
I do not read that much, so Ican say that both depend onthe quality of the writing. Abad book is like a bad fictionto me.In the same vein, a good fictionand a good book a pretty the sameto me, exept that since the book isusually longer, I may enjoy it for moretime... Also you can keep the book in ahandy place so you can take it with youwere you want to.
Guest krystal08
still, their are computers everywhere those days. Even when i travel, i prefer reading on the net. It cost less, and finding a good book is... hard, for me... a good fiction, not so hard (thanks google)
