Vy'drach
There's topics about the games for 3DS (one of which is my own), but what about the system itself? There's great potential there, too.I'd love if it had a system like Microsoft's achievements or Sony's trophies (more like this one would be ideal). Granted I am all for but getting some of those random and asinine achievements/trophies just adds to the fun, and being able to compare it with your friends is fun. Imagine, if you will, Star Fox 64 3D, with a *Insert Nintendo's name for the system here* to beat the game, without ever getting a laser upgrade. That would add a nice bit of a challenge, and make people want to play it more, to get those things. However, it would be quite annoying if they had the same type of achievements as Borderlands, where you get 99% of them just by playing the game normally, rather than actually having to do something. How this would happen in SF3D is thus:Corneria: Complete CorneriaAsteroid Belt: Complete Asteroid BeltFichina: Complete Fichinaetc etc, that is just doing it all half-assed. Now those would be fine if it was to beat them on expert mode, or for levels where you get "Mission Accomplished," as that is less run-of-the-mill. Guest DRL
Yeah, I myself can see the potential in the system. The 3DS seems to have corrected the mistakes/failuresof the DS, such as removing the (sorry for being sucha repetitive guy) acursed stylus and adding an analog stick. As we can see, the controls have been improved. Now, we have too see how good are the games.Sure, the remakes will serve me to 'test' the system, but I want to see original stuff as well. YESS!! YEEESSS!! Wait,.....the bottom screen is still a touchscreen, so wouldn't they have to keep the damn thing anyway? DAMN!!Anyway, I'd like to see the return of the SD card slot, but this time Nintendo, DON'T GO WITH SUPER OBSCURE FILE TYPES THAT NO ONE HAS EVER HEARD OF! It would also be awesome if the Gameboy line's compatibility was retained, but I don't see that happening. At least it's backwards compatible with DS games. :P

I have been to the 'features' section, andthere is an EVEN MORE ACURSED TELESCOPING STYLUS,which makes me... Say this.On the good side, I doubt Star Fox 64 3D will use it.After all, it will use 'old style' controls .
DarthDelgado
The 3DS has 3D, advanced graphics, and a 3D camera. What more could you want? BTW leave the stylus alone. And crazyfooInc, it does not have a gameboy advance slot.

And crazyfooInc, it does not have a gameboy advance slot.Roger that. The stylus gets too much crap sometimes. Sure it does put a little pain in your wrist if you play a game for a long amount of time, but I never think it's THAT bad.No GBA games this time around. For those wanting to keep their GBA games I would recommend getting an SP early. And for those of us that still have some GBA games on their lists....I recommend the thing that starts with "Emu" and ends with-*Sees DZ Composer*LATERS! *Runs*

DarthDelgado
Anyway, back to the topic. The 3DS really should have a GBA slot, but it's in 3D. So I won't complain.
CrypticQuery
I'd also like to see it come in many color schemes, with some classic NES/SNES themed skins if possible. That would suffice for my inner nostalgia geek .

DarthDelgado
It should come with a case that has wires and stuff attached to it. They don't do anything, just start a party with airport security.

Guest DRL
I'm assuming (looking at 643DS pics) that there is no stylus or w/e?There is a freakin' "telescopic" stylus *shudders*,sadly. Fortunately, there is an analogpad, and more buttons. We are no longerlimited (hopefully) to the acursed creation! Also, SF643D WILL NOT use the telescopic stylus. :)
