Prince Elite
Just a simple question, which do you think is better. Reasons would be nice, but "because I said so" will also be accepted.

sniper
If we were talking old school video gaming, I would be nintendo all the way, but they've kind of given up the fight with the wii (maybe it'll turn around next console). With just the choices given, imma hafta go microsoft. Age of empires 1, 2, technically the halo series, the fable series, the gears of war series, and many others. all great games! ThePointingMan
I'd go with Valve and Nintendo.
Wolf O'Donnell
I love Nintendo. I've always been "faithful" to Nintendo, and it will probably always remain that way. They're family-friendly (in the good way), they have great franchises, characters (look at Wolf!) It is unfortunate that they kind of have a bad image right now... Maybe that will change. Anyway, second to Nintendo would be SEGA. I love the company and their mascot. I still want a Dreamcast...
ZM Anonymous
SEGA AND SONIC TEAM FTW In all seriousness, I don't know why people still like Sega for things other than Sonic. I choose Nintendo because of the E3 2011 press conference. Sony was a close second, and Microsoft is pretty much dead to me at this point. Now for third party developers, I'd go with Valve. Icy
Well, they are all great. They all have their own good points and bad points. Can't really choose just one. Nintendo, though, has always been my favorite company and they will stay that way. They just know how to do things! Even if people get all over them nowadays about the Wii, well…The Wii's unsuccessful run was definitely not Nintendo's fault. The third-parties never went to it for some reason. I'm meaning the "good" third-parties, too. Not Konami, Capcom, Namco, EA, etc. That's where all the "shovelware" comes from. Anyway, though. All their wonderful things make them my favorite company. Especially with their bright future, what with the 3DS and Wii-U. Amazing job at making a comeback, Nintendo. Sony is my second favorite. They have so many good things I can't list them all. The way they handled the downtime was just fantastic. Kudos to them for being an awesome company who actually care about their fans. Microsoft? Bleh. You have to PAY for online. That is absolutely crazy. Does Sony charge for online? Do PC games charge for online? What's your stupid problem… Still, they have their good points too. I just can't name any right now. Sega? Bleh. Only good thing is Sonic, that's it. Here's hoping the Captain America game won't be another piece of crap. That would be such a huge letdown…
Dublinthefox
I've been a casual gamer from the start so I'm gonna have to go with Nintendo. Its not that I think that Sony and Microsoft aren't good. I just have a long and good history with Nintendo. Though for the past couple of years I have become to love games for the Playstation systems, so I guess I'm slowly becoming both a casual and a hardcore gamer. DoctorAllosaurus
They aren't on the poll, but Capcom is my favorite game company. Monster Hunter, Darkstalkers, Mega Man, Makaimura, Street Fighter, etc. Do I really need to go on?
Nope.
Square... before Final Fantasy X and X-2, that is. Chrono Trigger Final Fantasy VI For now, my favourite is Bethesda with their TES games, but I have too see how TESV: Skyrim turns out...

ICantLose74
If this were contest on my favorite company all around I'd choose Nintendo because many of my favorite memories were sitting in front of a 64 play Star Fox 64 and besides just that I love the original Nintendo, Super Nintendo N64 (I'm such a fanboy for this system I've literally gotten into arguements with a friend on this) Gamecube was decent and the Wii is pretty good so thats 5 consoles and none of them went wrong really. And I mean even though out of Current Gen consoles I like the 360 best Microsoft to me still doesn't have anything compared to Nintendo so I say Nintendo mainly for he old school games/systems not the new school. LONG LIVE OLD SCHOOL!
kkstarfox
There are a lot of good game companies, although only a few make decent systems. Grew up on nintendo, then sega. I did not get into Sony until late into the Playstation 2 era, and i have never been a Microsoft fan when it comes to video games.
Tailsz
Nintendo: Made-to-last consoles. I've dropped N64s, GameCubes, and the Wii off my stand countless times and everything still works. Sony: I like Sony... So it comes in 2nd. Never had problems with my PS2. xD SEGA: Bayonetta, the best game ever to come out of SEGA. Microsoft: Only gone through 1 Xbox 360s. It was destroyed by my friend. He had the door locked, windows closed and the heat going on in my room while we were watching a movie in the living room. I came to check up on him to see the Xbox had the overheat red rings and the room was boiling hot. I was NOT impressed.
Vulvokunvrii
I picked Microsoft because most of teh games i have played were made by or sponsered by them. BUT i would also say Vavle and Ninetnedo as well, since i play games made by them as well.
