Thu'um
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PyorDyoabhs&feature=related i have heard that ebola is the worst but its only number 3, i think i had antrax once and it was pretty bad. But ebola casue the destruction of every organ in your body causeing mass bleeding, with a 90% mortality rate as sad as the topic od sickness is, it is interesting. "User"
It depends what you mean by deadliest. What kills you the fastest if left untreated or with treatment? What causes the most grief and suffering over a long period of time? From a medical POV there are too many variables to consider and this question is too vague. If you were to ask a medical doctor this question they really wouldn't be able to give you a certain definite answer without more information. Some people might say AIDS for example but with proper (albeit expensive) treatment you can live a normal lifespan just like anyone else. However untreated it would wreck your immune system really quickly...
Thu'um
deadliest in terms of of quickest killing and spreading with or with without treatment.
Psygonis
Definitely, the ebola would win then. It's an hemoragic fever. It's caught easily, can nearly end you overnight and spreads like fire!

Sabre
Stupidity. It's highly contagous, goes undiagnosed and people activly resist attempts to treat it.
