Does anyone here have trouble sleeping?

Also, are there any people here who only sleep lying on their left side like T-Rex here

When it's too hot, I have trouble sleeping, such as lately! :/

Truth is I'm an embedded heating machine, so it helps during the winter, but that's quite annoying in summer...

I definitely have trouble sleeping; though it's more of a problem with falling asleep than staying asleep. Also, I always sleep on either my stomach or sides; go figure :D.

Yep. I suffer from insomnia. I can function on 2 hours sleep, and most nights I don't sleep at all.

I have all kinds of sleep problems, most recently I just pass out without warning. I have a hard time getting to sleep in big beds, I sleep talk/walk and I'm also really clingy.

I can't sleep if my feet are too hot or cold. But if my arms, legs, or body are hot I can still sleep.

I can sleep almost anywhere, but i have trouble falling asleep a lot. Probably because i dont do very much, and thus retain energy, or something. I have to look at my phone and try to stay awake and use energy to focus on it, that usually gets me asleep. One time I just laid there until it was 5:00 am. It takes me a while to sleep.

I have a difficult time getting asleep and staying asleep. It often takes me over an hour to fall asleep and I usually wake up a few hours later. It has been years since I've slept well. :(

I find I get the best sleep if I keep a regular sleep schedule. That is try get up and go to sleep at the same time every day. If you stay up all night and then pass out and end up oversleeping it messes up your internal clock - making it more difficult to fall asleep the next day. You can easily have enough hours of sleep in a week and still have a lot of difficulty.

I sleep very, very lightly, and will have a really hard time falling asleep if there is any noise around.

I am a light sleeper, but I have no trouble sleeping. I'm a morning person too, so late nights or party nights for me! Sleep is good, and I wouldn't trade it for the world. Plus, the dreams I have are always fun! Sleep. You should try it! Best thing since sliced bread.

My body clock is all over the place at the moment, I'm falling asleep anywhere between 6 in the afternoon and 6 in the morning.

User is definatley right about that. I get alot of sleep in a week but i have no schedule so I'm always tired. Its sort of a good thing though, because since im tired all the time I can fall asleep anywhere ^^; having some kind of fan on or other noise is really helpful, especially when im jetlagged or something like that. It's not essential but its nice to have. I used to be able to work quite nicely ono 6 hours sleep but that seems to not be working to well for me anymore

I can sleep on any side, but it takes a long time for me to figure out which side im gunna need to sleep on that night, so i end up rolling around alot -_-;

I <3 sleeping so much! Actually, I <3 <3 <3 sleeping. It makes you so relaxed. Unknown to the outside world. You are just in your own mind doing your own thing! I generally dont have problems sleeping, unless im really stressed out from school, I usually just doze off, which also has its downsides.

Something bizarre happened to me halfway through the year that made it so I can only write well at night, so my sleep schedule is pretty much boned.

My diet consists of instant soup, coffee and vodka
