in my first topic thread which is called "Strategic thinking within the starfox games." The Judgemeanie commented about starfox games having RPG elements. So I was inspired to write this topic to see what you guys might think about it. What if you guys had the opportunity to make your own character within the starfox games. But not just any character. A Human character. And as your play you have to attend the Cornerian military academy. As you upgrade and become and expert in flying, your missions involve flight and ground missions as Fox McCloud's partner. After all we have been playing as fox for a long time so I thought it would be cool to just fight along side him for a change. What do you guys think

Yes, I like video games. I really like videogames. They are probably ine of my favorite things. There are so many franchises which I can sit and play for hours. Some of my fondest memories come from video games. My dad and I playing Final Fantasy X, my mom grinding the Sly Cooper games with me on the weekends, the hours I poured into Tomb Raider and Uncharted. All of these are fun times that that conjure happy thoughts. This being said, I do not consider myself a gamer. I do not regularly binge games just for the heck of it. I don't flip out when I hear about a game being released (Except four years ago when Sly 4 was announced,) and I don't feel like video games are a significant part of my life. I do not sit in front of a computer screen to see strategies on how to beat games and I have only watched E3 once... And decided never to watch it again. When fifty year old men wear LoZ or Fallout t-shirts, I shudder, wondering if a man who is supposed to be in the world of business for about twenty years still plays video games as aggressively as a college student. I love video games, I wouldn't be here if I didn't love StarFox, but I do not consider myself a gamer. Anyone else feel this way.

Recently I have been experiencing a problem where my computer will shut down randomly and without warning while playing games. There is no timing to when it will do it, it just does. It doesn't go though the whole windows 7 shutting down sequence, it just turns off. Pretty much the only thing it does this with is with Source games, but it has occurred once on Saints Row: The Third as well. I have reinstalled my graphics and network drivers and neither did anything. I have also turned my fan onto the highest setting and it still occurs. I have an MSI GT70 with: Intel i7-3610QM 3 GB Nvidia Geforce GTX 670M 16 GB of Ram Windows 7 64 bit Usually the split second before it turns off and it shows my computer, my network card software appears asking if I want to do an internet speed test. It seems to only crashes on these games and I can play other games like DayZ, Borderlands 2 and Skyrim without issues. If anyone has any ideas they would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, SFO! This kinda serves as both a self introduction to the community and a way for me to share what I do with you all. I am Sky Soldier, and I've just begun my journy into the world of video game reviews on YouTube. The first video I completed not too long ago is about Star Fox and was a passion project. So what? You might ask... Well, this gives you a pretty good idea of who I am--I love games and I love Star Fox. I'd love for you all to join me on my journey by giving me your viewership as I continue to work on more videos and share them with you. You can check me out here: http://www.youtube.com/user/SkySoldierShow and subscribe to get notified when the next video is uploaded. Hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it.

I just finished watching, here's what I'm looking forward to: Mario and Luigi Dream Team Bros. to be released July 12th. A NEW MARIO PARTY! With 7 boards and new mini-games, released this Winter. No mention of online multiplayer? Super Luigi U, which is DLC for Super Mario Bros. U. Coming this Summer. Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D, just a port from DKCU. Has local co-op and is released May 24th. Yoshi's Island 3D! I missed the release date due to a bathroom trip. XD Earthbound? Being released as a Virtual Console title, very interesting. Zelda, Oracle of Seasons and Ages, but I'm not too big a fan. Just glad that the calls of the fans are being answered here. NEW ZELDA TITLE, set in the same time and world as A Link To The Past, in which Link can become a chalk drawing and walk on walls and other flat surfaces. That sounds like it can be quite fun. Despite the recent hype caused by an online game store in Spain, there is no mention of Majora's Mask 3D, much to my disappointment. That's my favourite Zelda. There are other games to be released, like Fire Emblem (sales on the Champoin packs too), Pikmin 3, Animal Crossing New Leaf, Mario and DK, and a new Prof. Layton. There is also a new 3DS console to be released with the theme of the new Animal Crossing. All in all, I'm satisfied with this news. Shame about MM, but there's always next time. :3

This is a bit late, but I would like to post a mod and some information. Me and two other buddies, one being Tillie, have been enjoying a mod called Open Coop for Doom 3. It essentially makes the game into a co-op shooter and it is an absolute riot. We've been having tons of fun, and I'd like to see if any others among you would be interested. Keep in mind the mod is for the ORIGINAL Doom 3, not the BFG edition. I beleive boxed copies work as well, so if you can find one in a thrift store you can use it. Mod can be found here: http://www.d3opencoop.com/ Contact me if you're interested or have any questions. It's a lot of fun and I'd like some other players.

Nintendo thought that it would be a good idea to re premier the Wii-U at the next E3, Not only that but both Sony and Microsoft thought it would be a good idea for them too. MCVUK.com has reported that both Nintendo, Sony and Microsoft will be making console announcements later this June. This is both a good and bad thing. the good news is we will get more information about the Wii-U and some upcoming games as well as the next Sony and Xbox consoles. The bad news is I JUST GOT MY PS3! Talk about bad timing. Source: http://www.mcvuk.com/news/read/next-xbox-and-ps4-set-for-biggest-ever-e3/089421

Interested to hear about what other people think about the newer pokemon and pokemon games, and when you think they ran out of or will run out of ideas for pokemon. I think the new games are good but I thing after Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald there creativity was lost. And yes I know a 17 probably shouldnt be playing pokemon, but I still enjoy it so I dont care.
