I was going to post a thread here about the Switch 2 leaks, but they decided to unveil it! I did predict the date right, heheh.

 

But anyways, what do we think? I'm excited to see some software leaks, most I have is this.

What do we think the mouse-mode on the Joycon could be used for? The C button? I will crosspost this to the Star Fox topic as well.

I'm going to be truthful and say my opinion on it is that it's a waste of money. I have a Switch OLED and right now there is not alot that will make me want to upgrade. All my old Joy-Cons are no longer compatible. There isn't much for new games, most of them look like remasters of previous games. They get Gamecube games which is neat, but I have an actual GameCube that works and I can play whatever I like thanks to the SD card i have modded it with.

 

And with how Nintendo has been acting lately, I don't want to give them money. I don't have an active subscription to NSO and I don't plan on renewing anytime soon.

I hear from people that it's a decent system and I don't doubt it, but right now I can't see spending $500 on it.

Hell, I play most of my games on the computer, so I get you. The system was a lot more exciting before it got anounced...

I remember that I picked up a Switch 1 in 2018 after Mario Odyssey came out, I don't think Switch 2 has that killer app yet. I will only consider it in a few years, a new Star Fox would be great of course but I don't have the cash for that right now! Haha
