I'm still trying to drill the fact that the Staff is magic into their heads. Therefore, the current topic has not died down. ^^

Aurora?

Aurora...

Definition: The rising light of the morning; the dawn of day; the redness of the sky just before the sun rises.

How does that power ze Staff? O.o

oh, shit, I'm sorry...

That's why I put in the (Don't take that seriously) part. Don't be sorry. I'm very edgy right now because Falcory and Kursed are being stubborn, because I already won this debate like 5 times. XD

BOOM! I got Julius on my side. THAT'S AN AUTOMATIC WIN! XD

Star Fox Adventures:

Tricky's dad is the gatekeeper for Spellstone #3, yet  "...He knew the Sharpclaw would come for him, so he hid his gatekeeper powers" behind this sacred seal!"....

so how the heck did the Sharpclaw get the 3rd Spellstone anyway?

Scales got the Spellstones from the Force Points which have nothing to do with the Gatekeepers

Like?

Who knows? Electricity, Ambient energy, air. (Though I doubt the last one.)

Technology has to be powered by something. And in the game... It's powered by little gems that fall off trees.

BUT THAT'S NOT IMPORTANT!!@!!!!11!!!

The instruction booklet is my trump card, still. ^^

How about "magical electricity, magical ambient energy, magical air"?  :P

(I'm gonna be OFF TOPIC! for a second.)

How about "magical electricity, magical ambient energy, magical air"?  :P

Actually, in "Tales of Vesperia", all of their technology is powered by Aer. (Magic air. XD)

What is it with you and magic? Maybe you should do some in-depth research on THAT. lol.

I explained about the instruction booklet already. But you're not listening are you? :P

This is going in circles.

What does "magical" mean to you?

And about all those "skills" that Fox/the Staff has? Shooting a fireball? Spraying freezing mist? Charging up energy and causing a mini-earthquake on the ground?

This just screams magic.

I don't have to prove why I'm RIGHT (Even though I am...), I just have to give you reasonable doubt of the possibility of her Staff being "Technology".

(Who, me?)

No, that was me. It's my thread anyway. ^^

Bombs can easily cause earthquakes so can lightning strikes.

Okay... Does the STAFF have a bomb in it? Is the STAFF capable of calling down lightning?

NO!

The argument provided is both null and void, also has no weight in this debate. :3

What does "magical" mean to you?

Sorry, but it doesn't matter what explanation anyone can come up with. The fact of the matter is, in the INSTRUCTION BOOKLET PROVIDED BY NINTENDO, says the Staff has "magical energy".

Unless you can counter that, you really have no chance persuading me that it isn't magic.

the point is not that the staff has a bomb in it the point is  Artifical Earthquakes are achievable.

What does "magical" mean to you?

Two defintions:

1#Being magical in nature.

2#Emulating magic.

I'm prone to believe the latter one of the staff, because Krystal has not shown herself (In otherwords Krystal is the only Cerinian we know so we can only assume what the other Cernians where like based off of Krystal.) to have magic abilities.

And about all those "skills" that Fox/the Staff has? Shooting a fireball? Spraying freezing mist? Charging up energy and causing a mini-earthquake on the ground?

Umm not really. :P Green Lantern's power ring seems to be magic. Is it though?

How about slight of hand? THAT appears to be like magic.

You know what people thought Fox's reflector was at first? Magic.

The staff can cause a super ground quake, for an earthquake

it would be cool if it could shoot lightning

K? This doesn't prove that the "Ground Quake" isn't magic, just because someone can make an artificial earthquake.

Your guy's job isn't to prove that the Staff IS just Technology, it's to prove that it ISN'T Magic, since Nintendo said it is.

Umm not really. :P Green Lantern's power ring seems to be magic. Is it though?

Second time I've had to bring this up.

Just because it's true in one game/series, does not mean that it applies to all games/series.

How about slight of hand? THAT appears to be like magic.

You know what people thought Fox's reflector was at first? Magic.

Second time I've had to bring this up, too...

"People" THINK! THINK! Keyword. People's "opinions" don't change the true nature of something.

The fact of the matter is THAT THINGS CAN SEEM LIKE MAGIC. And according to your previous post:

And about all those "skills" that Fox/the Staff has? Shooting a fireball? Spraying freezing mist? Charging up energy and causing a mini-earthquake on the ground?

This just screams magic.

You seemed to be implying that because the stuff that the staff does SEEMS like magic, therefore the staff must BE MAGIC. I gave you examples of how things can appear like magic but they really are not to prove a point, NOT TO SAY THAT THOSE THINGS FIT IN WITH THE STARFOX SERIES.

I'm going to go ahead and quote you here, Kursed.

"Could you reword your post a little please? Some people might take that as offensive."

Anyway, the fact of the matter is, Nintendo has stated the the Staff has magical energy. MY REASONING, is only counting the arguments that were brought up against the fact the NINTENDO states the Staff is magic.

And go ahead reread the rules of this thread before you start pissing me off.

All right. I don't care anymore. You can say it just Technology and not Magic, whatever.

I'm not saying it positively is not magic, I believe it could be. But I'm not ruling out that it could be tech also.
