Idea for A New Game

Really, in-canon it doesn't make sense that a massive and powerful government like Corneria would fail so epically at something that Star Fox can do in EZ mode on a regular basis.

Sure, without them always losing badly there'd be no Star Fox games, but how about they make a game that utilizes the merc aspect of Team Star Fox?

Like, have it be missions they go on for the Cornerian government (and perhaps others) WITHOUT it being an end of the world situation. Like, you can choose from a list of missions at different points to go on.

Also, you can choose a team/loadout/Character before each mission or whole chapter. Don't want to use Fox the whole game? Sure, just choose a team of Krystal, Peppy, and Falco; or any other combo.

It doesn't have to be dark and gritty even. It could keep the current tone of the games and just take a new approach to it.

Perhaps have some critical junctures where you have to make story-altering choices.

Ex. As Fox you can go in and destroy a major enemy base, but at the same time Krystal is in extreme danger. Now, the player gets the choice of either flying off to save Krystal or putting a major dent in the enemy forces. Choose the base and Krystal gets captured by the bad guys and thus unusable for a large chunk of the story, choose Krystal and the enemies are able to shore up their defenses on the base and the good guys lose a great chance to nearly win the war that's the overarching story of the game. Both decisions have huge lasting impacts on the story in several ways. (Yes, this situation is basically a rip-off of the conclusion of The Matrix Reloaded )

To add to the mission-based gameplay each mission could have a "reward" of credits , and each mission would have different pay-outs depending on a couple factors. These credits could be used to buy new weapons and upgrades and perhaps other things.

...And perhaps I'll come up with more stuff for this later, but this is what I've come up with so far.

This would be a great idea too!

Emp, that was just an example. HOWEVER, the branch of letting Krystal get captured could be she gets turned to evil and becomes Kursed; which leads to her using her psychic abilities and insider knowledge of Star Fox and Corneria to give tha bad guys huge advantages and stuff.

Game Title:Star Fox & The Dark Warrior

The Story: The Star Fox team DIscovered a mysterious creature on dinosaur planet, she has some secert powers. & their enimy the apporiod queen returns with andross, the star fox team has to team up with the mysterios creature named ami. Later then star fox spotted star wolf fighting apporiods, & found another creature called Tessa Widow. & Star Fox has to team up with star wolf. But Falco doesn't trust star wolf, cause of loens behaviour.
