Drasiana
Mostly I think this project, what little of it even exists, is just a victim of the typical youthful optimism of people who want to see great games but have no idea how to actually make games period. I somehow missed the MMO thing earlier but that's a big red flag. I'm not an expert, but doesn't running an MMO also involve running massive dedicated servers for them? There's no way that's feasible. Also reading the dA account that was supposed to have "more recent examples" of your work shows little more than two Krystal models in different clothes that aren't even recolours, they are literally just Krystal in slightly tweaked outfits, including "princess Kalderian Fox, daughter of Queen Celestia Fox" and another, "Crysten Fox". Really? Crysten? Dude, you're a "pro 3D animator". You must have a portfolio, then, right? Because all the pro 3D animators I know have an easily accessible demo reel or website portfolio so they can actually prove to people that they're someone you want on a project. You have nothing but tweaked stock models and a whole lot of suspicion from the rest of us. I don't even care about project relation: just something, anything, that you've done previously that shows you are qualified to direct a project of this magnitude. Just be up front about what is possible for you and realize the demands of this project. That way you won't disappoint yourself either once you're in over your head. It's okay to start small. The word "legendary" in association with anything Star Fox is automatically dubious. v edit: WELL NOW MY POST MAKES NO SENSE GEEZ THANKS

Robert Monroe
Don't knock it so much, guys, heh. Maybe he's dedicated and has a team. I believe on his dA he said he'd be showing some things soon. But yes, it takes way more than just a bunch of cool ideas. Gotta have serious dedication, and you never wanna go telling the world about it unless you have something seriously big to show. I know that people who hold back on their announcements get so much more done and realized. When they finally reveal it, they've got something exciting to show that really gets people to buy it. Like I said, Icy. I saw Shadows of Lylat go down in smoke after following it from day -one-, so pardon me if I am a skeptical motherfucker. Lylat system is attacked by a new race. One they have never witnessed before. It is dangerous, vicious and fights in a way the Lylat defenses cannot encounter. And it is going to wipe them all from the face of the universe if they don't do something to stop it. We all know how well that went the last time it happened...
CrypticQuery
We all know how well that went the last time it happened... That seems to be a recurring theme; didn't it work out so well?
Fana McCloud
The work on your DA doesn't come anywhere close to looking "pro", it looks amateur beyond belief IMHO. That certainly doesn't exclude you from making a fan game or even being an artist but please don't call yourself something you're not. If someone actually PAYS you to do that caliber of work I pity them. One way you might want to start improving is by not using the same almost entirely unmodified mesh and think that tacking on accessories and palette swapping will make it a a whole new character. I mean you even did FOX MCCLOUD using Krystal as a base mesh and it shows. Overall I'm not impressed, not with the idea and not with the art. DZComposer
Since this is just becoming a pile-on, I'm going to go ahead and stop it.In the future, if you want to promote something, it is probably a good idea to have something to show us. :lock:
