Star Fox Runner
Just saw it in IMAX 3D today. Thought it was AMAZING! Your thoughts people?
Dr. Orange
Literally just got back from it. Goddamn cliff-hangers. Elves kick too much ass. Solomon is a living paradox. Ed Sheeran was cool too. 'nuff said.
Snys93
I liked it. Watched it in glorious 2D.
Drasiana
Saw it last night. Really good movie. I love the Hobbit trilogy so far, it's just so fun and charming and I'm way more invested in it than I was the LOTR trilogy. They're just so fun; the action sequences and setpieces are ridiculously fun, funny and engaging, the characters are so quirky and loveable--people complain about why they "felt the need" to turn a small book into three movies but they've added so much depth and excitement to what was a fairly bare-bones story that I couldn't imagine them doing it any other way now. Solomon is a living paradox. ...you mean Sauron? Redeemer
I'm pestering R3d to take me to see it in Dusseldorf. We'll most likely go after his exam this week.
Dr. Orange
...you mean Sauron? Oh so that's how it's spelled. My oopsie.
Star Fox Runner
I'm going to see it AGAIN this week with a different buddy, hopefully I can find an IMAX showing without 3D. Solomon is a living paradox. Do you mean Saruman or Sauron? (Those two characters names sound WAY too similar, it gets confusing. XD)

Patch93
Gonna go see it today with my bro and his buddies. I've yet to see the first movie though, but I have read the book so it shouldn't be too confusing. : P
Drasiana
^ It might be a little confusing, they've added this extra subplot with Azog the Defiler and there's more elaboration on what Gandalf was doing when he wasn't with the dwarves. I mean the general through-line of the story is still there but there are some subplots that might make you go "what?" because they weren't (explicitly) in the book :V
Patch93
Just came back from it. Mind. BLOWN. Still need to watch the first one though.
AuroraCave
*Side note; not much into Lord of the Rings franchise. Just saw it on Saturday, thought it was better than the first part of the Hobbit. It pretty much picked on action right from the start and had it's hilarious moments.
