I do so both in the morning and the evening, so that I'm clean when I tackle the world (it also wakes me up), and I'm clean when I get into bed. Fookes Posted June 6, 2017 Report Share Posted June 6, 2017 I usually shower after dinner mainly because that's when my parents want me to shower. Occasionally I shower after I work out on the treadmill in the afternoon.
