back in the 70s, there was a movie called Damnation Alley, based on a novel, you can't find it on DVD yet, though when it comes out, you can bet your ass I'll be getting it, I saw it online and loved it, stars George Peppard and Jan-Michael Vincent, a rediculous movie, but it is really cool if you like a tacky sci fi

and maybe make it look like something from
