So, the attachment directory went over the limit today.

There is a 90 meg limit enforced by the SMF software on the size of the attachment directory. Today, it was surpassed. I deleted all attachments older than a year, and only got 3 megs back for the trouble.

The problem is this: When this directory is full, no one can post attachments or upload avatars.

I will increase it to 150 megs, but, from this point forward, please don't post several consecutive posts of attachments. If you want to post a large number of files, please use a service like flikr or imageshack.

I also recommend to not upload

files larger thain 300 kbs. Usually,

if it bigger than that, the best option

is to [link] to it.

I deleted the two threads where I went nuts, and replaced them with a new thread linking to a zip file on MediaFire.  When you delete a thread, does it delete the attachments too?

Now that I know a limit like that exists, I'm not going to go nuts on it again. X3 How embarrassing. XD

Well, that's why I'm passing around my fanart collection in a zip now.  FoXXX said he downloaded the zip, but I don't know if anyone else did. :3
