I don't get it?

There have been a fair few jokes/links I didn't get.

I know it's a kobald (little one) and a dragonborn from D&D, what I dont get why this is funny. Also I can't find the original artist or webcomic to clarify. All I could find was people linking to it and saying it was funny.

I think in animals (And Escimoes) rubbing noses is the same as kissing. It just doesn't make sense because you think the kobold is a kid because its small. An adult kobold is about the size of a small child. What I don't get is the kobold looks nothing like a kobold.

So the kobold is imagining that it is kissing the dragonborne and the dragonborne isn't impressed about that for obvious reasons. How that's supposed to be funny iono. But that's whats happening.
