Sylum
I'm joining the Coast Guard and I was wondering if anyone here has been in the military before.
Asper Sarnoff
A couple of weeks last summer. Selection process for officer school, which was basically an introduction to the life in the army, along with several hard physical tests, drill, and interviews. Realized I didn't want to spend four years there, so I quit after that. Will be going back in August, but then starting out as a lowly grunt in our armoured forces. The "Panserbataljonen". The "Panserbataljonen".Good luck and God Bless You guys, that's awesome. The military had me take a "psychological profile screening test", then afterward they refused to conscript me, because they said, "According to the test" I was "racist, an instigator, a potential war criminal, a liability, mentally unstable, potentially dangerous, potentially mutinous, a potential war criminal..." and the list goes on and on... They also said I had "Private Wilson's Disorder", and "Colonel Kurtz Complex" (don't ask....) these backasswards psychological tests are outdated crap from the Clinton era, I applied for the military 3 times (a different branch each time), but after being rejected the first time after 9/11, and then 2 more times in 3 years (I think that Army shrink black-balled me), those bastards had their chance to recruit me, so out of spite, if the draft is reinstated, I'm gonna step over the Canadian border. Guest Para Astaroth
Well, I'm joining the Air force or US Army because I need a little bit more self-discipline. I've heard I should join the Army because a lot of my brother's friends have been there and are drill sergeants, and the Air force because they are 'nicer' than the other military branches. So, best of wished, bro! Sylum
You have no idea what war is. You do not know what it's like. Until you join and actually get deployed, you will never know what it is. And if your only reason to join Blackwater, a screwed up, backwards, killers-for-hire, crashing company or any branch of the military for that matter is because you want to be a mercenary warrior badass, then stay the hell out of the military. And thanks for showing your age. I was wondering.

Guest Para Astaroth
don't crash your first aircraft PAra.Heh. I highly doubt I will EVER get inside one, yet alone pass the recommendations tests since my eyes aren't perfect. In other words, I do not have 20/20 vision; I have like 20/40 or 20/50 vision.
