Released 2 days ago, I found out about it this morning. But seriously, of all the corny things Ubisoft could come up with, they thought of Micheal Jackson the Game.

Where's the monkeys??? It's not a Michael Jackson game without no monkeys. Sega already done an MJ game, and it was much better then that. Scoring points by saving children, and when you got a monkey, You got an awesome mechanical battlesuit with lasers.

also, when you beat it, MJ turns into a spaceship and flies away.

Fun fact, Michael Jackson had a pet monkey  :shock:

This looks... ok. It can be a genuinely entertaining rythem game, or can be a total disrespectful cash in on a past on music legend.

Either way, I can get all the MJ music I want on youtube.

I don't see why I'm not allowed to post as I have some knowlage for you.

Legend has it that work started on this game before his death, then he had the nurve to go and die.

The film released a few weeks after he died was sopposed to be a made for TV documentry, but was changed a bit when he did die. Making the film more f a cynical cash in.

So, the whole thing about feeling bad about this game. Don't. It's no different then that film where the bad guy tries to bomb the world trade centre, or gone baby gone where a couple has a baby kidnapped abroad. The media came first, then real events appeared to make it in bad taste.

Because there is an extremely high likely-hood of YOU starting a flame war about Micheal Jackson. In fact I'm extremely surprised that you haven't already been banned for being a troll, because so far I haven't seen a single flame war on this site that was not started by YOU. I can't really stop you posting here, but I'm watching you, if you even TRY to get this thread closed I'll make sure that every wrong you do will get reported, and that goes for ALL my threads. I don't start flame wars. I've got stuff to do. The people who resort to flames have no reasonable, rational arguments. So, unless you post crap as truth, we should be fine.

Another example of this is Goldeneye wii and Bloodstone. EA have the bond licence, but when they canceled the films EA had a licence and nothing to do with it, so they made some games not based on films. Same deal here.

Also, MJ has a history with games. The moonwalker game as already mentioned, but he also did some of the music for sonic 3.

I lol'd when I first saw this on a TV commercial.  It's nothing I'd get, for I'm not into music games (like Dance-Dance and Guitar Hero).  The game overall is just a family dance game...unless you're an MJ addict, of course.
