Wolf O'Donnell
I do. It is "Aparoid Tunnel" and is heard in Assault (the last level, before the Queen). I cannot listen to that song... Too repetitive. Sounds great at first, and then... Do you have a least favorite song in the Star Fox series?
Prince Elite
I do not HATE any of the songs, but the one I least liked was that song featured when you face Andross' brain in Lylat Wars. But I guess they didn't really think an Epic Climactic song like "Heroes Collide" was needed.
Drasiana
I don't hate any of the songs but I get what you're saying with the Aparoid Tunnel...a lot of Assault's music was kind of like that, actually. It was nice but it also seemed very cluttered.
sjrathbun812
To much of assaults music was repetitive. They still were nice arrangements from the originals. For me I guess it's Katina's music...Heard it to many times...

sjrathbun812
Both are repetitive, but I found the VS version extremely dumb and repetitive.
Drasiana
I didn't like a lot of the VS music. It was just bad techno :/

It was nice but it also seemed very cluttered. I honestly didn't notice most of the songs being cluttered. Aparoid Tunnel seems to have a certain "sequence" to it that replays in a very blatant manner, in my humble opinion.
Drasiana
Oh, it does. Of course most of the songs loop, but the Aparoid Tunnel didn't have a lot to work with to begin with. I just went to re-listen to it and discoverd I deleted it from iTunes, so I guess I felt the same What I mean by "cluttered" is that a lot of the music sounded very...I dunno. I'm finding it hard to explain, maybe it's the use of many complex woodwind patterns and lack of many bass instruments in some songs...? It's like the songs had a lot going on but managed to feel kind of hollow in some instances.
Thu'um
Both are repetitive, but I found the VS version extremely dumb and repetitive. agree and now have listinined to apariod tunnel again, its not to bad, i actualy like it. it seems appropriate for where its played, but i do understand how it gets repetitive
sjrathbun812
The aparoid tunnel didn't really bug me...But sometimes if I died a lot than it did get repetitive...Well, actually maybe not. I don't really find much things bad about the song either. *shrug* Maybe that it might be sort of...cheesy? Corny? Idk..
Old Cornerian Fox
I do. It is "Aparoid Tunnel" and is heard in Assault (the last level, before the Queen). I cannot listen to that song... Too repetitive. Sounds great at first, and then... Do you have a least favorite song in the Star Fox series? Well, even 'tho I happen to like *most* of the music from all of the Starfox Games (I still love all of the orchestral/samples/hybrid stuff from 'Adventures' and 'Assault'.), there are only two things that I find a little grating.... One: 'Krystal's Theme' at the end of 'Adventures'. Okay-well, not totally the least favorite of mine, and I know that the saxophone solo thing is sort of a given when Fox comes across Krystal for the first time, but--I think I've heard it maybe too many times is all-they could have done a reprise of her theme with a flute (Oboe?) solo instead. Like where Fox rescues Krystal from falling after freeing her. You sort of have to listen a bit hard because it only lasts a few seconds, but it sounds a bit nicer somehow. Two: Right. Now the Least favorite of mine is 'Krystal's Ballroom Theme' from 'Command'. I just don't get it.... What is it supposed to be? If you wrote Krystal's Theme from 'Adventures' slightly atonal, that would seem to fit the game/character better, but in this case it just doesn't add up! It seems like 'filler' music....from somewhere. 'O.C.F.'/'Foxtype1973'
Deploy
None of the music in Star Fox stands out as ones I hate. There are ones I love, and ones I like less.
Rin
I don't really hate any of the music in the series. Even though Assault's music was short and repetitive, I still liked it. (:
TheStarFoxMaster64
Probably Star Wolf's Theme in Assault. I don't get why everybody likes it so much, or any rescored Star Fox 64 tracks in Assault, for that matter. Sure, they sound pretty orchestrated, but... They're. So. Damm. Slow! The tempo is brutally butchered; I think the slow pacing of the music sucks what little excitement the game had going for it. The game's original tracks are okay, though...
