Description: Florence is almost always dressed in a fancy dull green uniform, with ribbons sitting on the right of his chest. The front middle 'zipper' has a few inches of gold fabric around it, with white-grey frills leading to a belt sitting atop matching pants. He wears a larger, ornate hat with a feather that matches the color of the frills. Never leaves without a pistol in a hip holster.

Specialization: The Colonel is a masterful tactition and negotiator, and a fearless leader.

Background: Florence Sorel is a living legend and hero, having performed feat after impressive feat to continue living up to his current age. Florence was an invaluable asset and hero during the Andross war, and his wits, intelligence, and strength has saw him through many clutch survival scenarios. Having survived days out in the cold wilderness of Fichina following shipwrecked, and eventually repairing his ride out using parts from an abandoned base, all the way to sneaking out of a POW camp in the early stages of the Andross war, the Colonel is frankly suited to any daring task demanded of his mind and body.

Skillsets: The Colonel is very obviously adept at dealing with others, be it a physcial throwdown or battle of wits. His pistol is not for show, Sorel is an accomplished sharpshooter and knows it. Sorel has no issue with the elements, searing heat or biting cold, and knows how to bend steel to his will given time. (Martial Arts, Handguns, Survival, Technology, Savior-Flair, Persuasian)

Description: Brown eyes with a soft, slightly vacant look to them. Orange fur with white face, torso, and tail tip, and limbs that are brown past their second joints. Blue kerchief scarf around neck, open, white short-sleeved jacket that's about one size too small, green, sleeveless shirt underneath, jeans, and brown, steel toe boots. He has a scar that goes around his head, though he normally combs his hair over it.

Background: A Boy from Crosrhode, A small, Rural area of Corneria that is known for agriculture. Passed the entrance exam and entered the Corneria military academy at the age of 15, where he demonstrated a prodigical ability with edged weapons and close quarters fighting, although he has displayed a rather concerning inability to drive or fly vehicles. After graduating at 19, he's been in custody of various laboratories and scientists as they've worked on turning him into a new type of soldier. (see Specialization for elaboration)

Specialization: Around the end of his second year in the academy, he began displaying interesting abilities. The abilities of a Soulsmith, a type of psychic with rather weak mental abilities, like very weak telepathy that sounds like static, or psychokinesis that can only move stuff that he could at normal strength. Although these abilities are much stronger thanks to military grade implants in his brain. A soulsmith's defining ability is "forging" blades, weapons, shields, barriers, objects, and tools out of shimmering, glowing, translucent psionic energy called psenergy, which is literally the physical manifestation of one's mind or "soul." hence the term. Once these abilities surfaced, he spent the other two years of his education going between the academy and various laboratories for testing and study. Scientists have found out many things about the mind and life in general by studying him... Especially the inside of his head.

All living things have Psenergy, But few can control it to the degree that a soulsmith can. Renard is capable of making and using various melee weapons, but he prefers Daggers, Shortswords, and other small blades. Any weapon he makes are as only sharp as a normal blade and they can be broken. the lethality and durability of these items influencing and directly altered by his mental focus. As such, the Cornerian government gave him extensive encephalitic implants to weaponize him as soon as possible. Thankfully this had a fairly glancing impact on his personality, although he is stuck with his own thoughts more often, and seldom speaks to strangers. He's a tad eccentric and getting along with him now requires some effort. when asked about the ramnifications fo these implants, he's voiced hope that he can return to normal.

Renard cannot make most projectile or mechanical weapons, as they are beyond his capabilities, being too complicated to mimic or his lack of experience with them. the only projectile weapon he's truly capable of maintaining is a bow, But he rarely uses it because it tires him out. Unlike blades or melee weapons, the arrows it fires don't return to his total psenergy when they dissipate. Although like any warrior, he does get tired. Condensing, using,maintaining and shifting the psionic weapons requires both a physical and mental effort, so extremly prolonged combat takes its toll.

Renard's psenergy, which is normally Sky blue in hue, has an interesting property of changing color in response to mood, or changing to match the psenergy color in another living thing. (Much like aura, Psenergy usually has a unique color from person to person.) He uses this property to track and locate living things and as a bit of a crutch in social situations, using it as a guide to the intents and personalities of others. This of course, generally weirds out the people he "reads".

When Ren (or any soulsmith) become emotionally compromised or their Fight or Flight response is unwillingly activated, scientists have observed what they call "the Alias Effect." Some part of their body glows, (In Renard's case his left eye) with a wavering flame of psenergy, which doesn't harm the psychic's body. they begin to produce and leak psenergy at an incredible rate, that coalesces into a sentient, powerful creature that acts in concert with the soulsmith should they choose to fight. It is recommended that a soulsmith using an Alias be subdued as soon as possible, as they are a threat to their immediate surroundings, and no longer in control of their mental faculties. Subduing, calming, or rendering the soulsmith unconscious will put them out of this state.

Needless to say, His psychic abilities still come with a couple extra perks, such as communicating with spirits, or picking up the occasional thought. Recent lab tests denote from his abilities to condense and disperse energy, he may be capable of Thermokinesis, manipulation of heat and cold, of fire and ice. But scientists are not certain how to go about doing this, much less it's possibility.

As a final note, The scientists currently researching Renard have asked any using him for missions to take responsibility for any uses and tests to their test subject. Bascially worded as. " you use him you buy him." He must have been a handful to the previous station.

Skillsets: A psychic. Exhibits expert-level use of melee weapons of varied types, and proficient in martial arts. Rather stubbon, and as such, an adept survivalist.

Specialization: Esoteric expert and negotiator.

Background: Gene is from a family with strong magical inclination. Living on Fichina, Gene was trained on honing in his magical abilities in his early years. Along with his magical training, Gene was also taught to be a skilled diplomat and negotiator, which suits Gene's magical abilities. Gene acts as a liaison between his and other groups that specialize in various forms of psychokinetics. Having heard of the situation Sauria is in from inside-sources, Gene looked into the event as an opportunity to put his skills to use for something beyond family matters and politics.

Skillset: Gene is an Empath. An Empath has the special ability to sense, control, and use “Auras.†Auras reflect someone's physical health, state of mind, thought patterns, and emotional intensity. Channeling these auras also allows Gene to exert subtle control over, heal, or harm himself and others. Empaths are extremely rare due to the amount of emotional control, body awareness, and spiritual strength needed to be proficient. While powerful with his abilities, Gene has no actual, formal education and being strongly attuned to auras have dulled out his other physical senses somewhat.

Background: Young during the great war, he was forced to learn the survival game fast. He lived in the wild, while his village was occupied by Andross’s ravagers. He returned home only to find that his family hadn't survived to see his return, and shortly after a traditional funeral he left. He stow away on transport ships, higher-ed himself to merchants, and upon reaching his his 20th birth day he quit life as a roaming sell sword. Since then he has been a traveler. Living a life in the wild, he has been forged in the “hottest fireâ€. Looking for new lands to test himself by, he has earned a reputation as a quite the boy scout. Hearing of the recently discovered Sauria he packed up his bags determined to get himself there . He wasn't happy to be working for a Cornerian, he secretly held them responsible for his family's demise, but he was willing to put that aside for the prospect of a new planet! The idea something out there lay unexplored, unknown drove him mad, crazy even. At his side at all times he carries a saber he inherited from this father a tool proving most useful in self defense and for making paths in jungle environments.

Skill-sets: An out doors-man, he is a real explorer. While his smaller size may render him not as physically as impressive, he makes up for it with his agility. He moves like a squirrel in'a tree, with strong joints and amazing balance honed to finite point not only from years of practice, but through the works of evolution.Able to clime trees to their tops, and dare incredible feats. He runs quickly and fits in spaces that many beasts would find to small to navigate through. He is well versed in wild life survival, exploration, tracking, mapping, and scouting. He is well versed in most languages used in the laylat system, and is loyal will his trust may be a little hard to earn at first, he is deadly loyal to any who have it.

Appearance: According to the Body Mass Index, she’s slightly overweight, but nowhere near the point where it’s unhealthy or anything like that. Her original color pallet is similar to that of a red fox, but she gets a bleach and dye job done periodically to keep a “vanilla ice-cream†color. Hair goes down to her upper back; originally straight, but styled to be wavy. Ice-blue eyes. Sometimes wears horn-rimmed glasses which she humorously refers to as her "eyes".

Clothing: Because of her creative and stylistic background, Amelia is a bit of a self-professed fashionista and fashion victim.

For the Saurian excursion, she’ll be doing a light beige camisole with a dark denim mini-skirt. For an “outdoorsy/lumberjack†chic, she’ll throw on a plaid Flanagan, unbuttoned, with the sleeves rolled up to the elbows. But there are two coupe de grâces : the shoes and the bag. For the shoes, she’s doing a pair of $1,600 hiking boots propped up on 6-inch heels with a 1-inch platform, in grey suede with traction soles (courtesy of Alaïa Azzedine design house). Yes people; high-heeled hiking boots. It’s a contradiction of terms, right? And for the bag, it’s a $1,800 backpack by Louis Vuitton. It’s Brown, leather, and sports the signature “LV†monogram/print. Of course, she could have gotten something from the local Wal-Mart for 1-10% of the price.

History: Amelia was born in the city of Oceannis, Aquas towards the end of her father’s final military tour. By the time she was a year old, her father had finished his military career, and moved to the Crystal Court Township (an upper-market housing project on the fringe of Corneria City) to raise his family. There, Amelia’s mother became a real estate agent, and her father became a police officer.

Towards her second year at New Horizons High School of the Arts, a classmate and an acquaintance was the victim of a violent sexual assault while walking to her car after attending a party. The police chief at the time made a public statement about the young woman’s choice in clothing and how that incited the assault. Both displeased and inspired by the statement, Amelia collaborated with a group of friends/classmates and her father (who taught her Krav Maga after the attack, which she still practices to date) for a final class project called “Get Back! Stay Back! High Fashion Self Defenseâ€. It was a film and photography project that consisted of a series of short films/demonstrations of Krav Maga techniques while wearing not-so-conservative articles of clothing, such as high heels, pencil skirts, and other articles of clothing that may otherwise make actual fighting or simply fleeing ineffectual. Not only did the students receive extra credit in their respective classes for the project, the series was featured in the news media succeeding the closure of the rape case, as well as inspire several fashion and lifestyle magazines post articles and launch capaings for high fashion+self-defense, and being integrated into the Krav Maga women’s self defense curriculum. Amelia and the other collaborators were interviewed by Mod3 Magazine and Corneria Cosmo, and were each paid a lump sum of cash by The Krav Maga Association of Self Defense for use of their material.

Alicia graduated early, only a few months before her seventeenth birthday, and then entered a two-year program at Valencia Community College, getting an Associates Degree in Fine Art, and minoring in Photography and Cinematography. Originally, she was had planned to continue her education at The Institute of Creative Studies and do something that reflected fashion. However, she decided to travel, (video-)blogging about her adventures. Traveling all over Corneria and around the Lylat System to first-handedly experience other people and their ways of life, and witnessing vastly different climates and landscapes, she was inspired and decided to study geology. Sciences have always been something Amelia had been interested in, which is why she became an undergraduate at Silverstone University. There, she majored in the Geo-Planetary Sciences academic program and minored in Cultural Studies.

Recently, Amelia had taken up freelance photography as a profession in conjunction with being a scientist. While much of her dossier deals with landscape and wildlife photography, she has also done portrait/wedding photography, and (of course) fashion photography. She plans further studying to become a photojournalist.

At current, the physical state of the planet Sauria has been all over the media, especially since it’s destruction could cause serious damage to the equilibrium of the Lylat System. The fact that the planet is simply crumbling apart the way it is defies physics and goes against geological and planetary sciences. Seeing as how the state of the planet makes being on it dangerous, and the fact that the citizens are going through a civil war, Amelia was the first of a few scientists willing to make history by putting themselves in the danger zone.

Personality: When she was in high school, her psychologist gave her an IQ test, which she scored a 170 on. Another specialist diagnosed her with Attention Deficit Disorder. Though the combination of those two things has been a source of creativity and brilliance for her, she would be bouncing off the walls and her conversations flying a million miles an hour. She could very well be schizophrenic, but her taking regular medicaments slow her thoughts down and bring her back into our universe.

In any case, Amelia has a rather lively and gregarious; a social butterfly of sorts. She tends to be quite talkative and random sometimes. Though the aforementioned can be arguably entertaining, it can cause her to appear airheaded and ditzy until she divulges a surprising “Aha!†moment of information.

She is also a very curious and questioning person, and is not afraid to ask questions if she wants to know something. The way she asks also follows her theme of “arbitrary pretense of ineptitudeâ€, in that the content of the question on it’s own (with the thought behind it being a non-factor) may have nothing to do with the current conversation or state of affairs. It’s only when one has the patience and/or understanding to see that there’s a method to her madness.

And on the subject of her “arbitrary pretense of ineptitudeâ€, it is a way for her to bridge the gap between knowledge/understanding and ignorance/misinterpretation, be it within herself or when talking to another person. In that regard, she’ll use a lot of popular and mainstream culture references when talking, no matter what she’s talking about, since they are things most people are familiar with.

Although Amelia is very well spoken and makes an effort to be tasteful, she can be very ostentatious and overly opinionated. If she feels that there is an issue that needs to be spoken on, be sure that she’s going to open her mouth about it. Sometimes, she might say something that shouldn’t be said.

Amelia can be overelaborate, bourgeois, and self-indulgent. This is evidenced by the fact that she bought a Louis Vuitton bag for the trip for nearly $2,000, and how the expensive Alaïa hiking boots she bought are just an excuse to wear high heels. And don’t put it past her to be wearing makeup despite the admittedly disadvantageous conditions.

Skillsets: Amelia has a Batchelor’s Degree in Geo-Planetary Sciences, which is to say that she is knowledgeable in the broad number of subjects they encompass: geology, physical geography, geophysics, soil science, oceanography, and atmospheric sciences. She also has general knowledge concerning biology, biochemistry, physics, and mathematics. She’s traveled a lot and minored in cultural studies at Silverstone University, so she’s decent at understanding other cultures and ways of life. She’s been practicing self-defense since high school, but it’s distinct from actual fighting, in that Krav Maga is more about “stun and runâ€. Also, she's fluent in four languages, to include Saurian.

Appearance: All black fur color, with white scar going down left cheek. He has the words Deus Ex Umbra tattooed across his shoulder blades, which means "Influence From the Shadows". When on duty he wears a black Cornarian SWAT uniform which bares a cross on the upper left sleeve.

Personality: Very religous. He prays before and after every mission and before every kill. He is also very quite. He wont talk unless it is important or it pertains to the mission. But if talked to he will give short simple answers.

Backround: Ryan started off as a regular sniper for the Cornerian Police Department. He was good at what he did and eventualy was able to upgrade to SWAT. He was put on SWAT team 6 led by Eli Holender where he acts as the teams sniper and infiltrator. He could infiltrate anything at any time. Some of his under cover missions included infiltrating smuggling rings, Cornarian mafia, black market deals, and sometimes terrorist organizations. His accurate aim proved useful in hostage and bank robbery situations. During an undercover mission, Ryan was discovered and got into a knife fight. He won, but not without losing his left eye.

Equipment: SWAT sniper rifle and combat knife. Since Ryan lost his eye in combat, he got it replaced with a cybernetic eye implant. This implant was made to help target enemies, show weak points in armor, and highlight special objectives and structures, while also looking completely real. It can also pick up movments that normal scenses could not.

Skill Sets: Ryan has dead shot aim. He could squeeze a bullet in even the most tightest spaces. With the eye implant, he has good perception and knows what goes on around him. Being a feline, he naturaly has good reflexes and is fast and sneaky. He can take pot shots at enemys and move to a different location quickly without giving away his position. He also can move past enemys with out them even knowing he was there and can blend in with the same people he is trying to impersonate. He was trained with a combat knife for close quarters combat and for taking out people silently.

Description: Heavily built, Dark gray fur, carries some scars, hardened expression, muscular. Wears heavy leather jackets with impact pads lining the arms and shoulders, loose jeans with knee guards, trench boots.

Specialization : Mechanic, former pirate

Brief History: Freyr was born on the inhospitable plant of Titania shortly before the Lylat Wars broke out; the bastard son to a stationed soldier who immediately left for the frontlines when his time to serve came. Raised on the fringes of society in one of the forgotten towns destroyed in the war, he had to scrounge together living from the meager resources on the planet. Growing up, Freyr never had the chance to attend schools as none existed where he was. His youth was full of time spent learning to hunt the indigenous Korgialas, the massive scorpions which served as the inspiration for Dr. Andross' bioweapons research on the planet. Growing into adulthood, he eventually found and became associated with local gangs where he learned martial arts and slowly crept deeper into the underworld of organized crime. Never missing a chance to take on a new challenge, Freyr also often found himself competing in the arena against the stationed Cornerian forces whom he had grown to hate. Local interplanetary pirates who often attended these arenas noticed Freyr’s combat proficiency and offered him a chance to leave Titania and carve out a piece of the galaxy for himself. His life of crime, though more glamorous, left a bitter taste in Freyr's mouth. He disliked the tactics and goals of his superiors who often put his team in extraordinary danger for little accomplishment. Freyr took every opportunity to try and defame and subvert his superiors – opportunities that soured their opinions of Freyr quickly. Despite his differences with superiors, Freyr became an integral part of a special operations team that focused on stealing advanced weapons research from the Cornerian and Venomian Remnant – using the best and selling the rest. Among the research that was stolen was some extremely rare genetic protein synthesizers that he had managed to make of with and apply to himself to get a better edge in his martial arts skills. After several years of dwelling in the criminal underworld, his luck ran out when his team was commanded to carry out a raid on a heavily secured weapons research center – a suicide mission that left much of Freyr's team dead and him responsible for the failure.

Unfortunately for Freyr, failure was hardly tolerated by his superiors who proceeded in making him a marked man, forcing him to flee from his life of crime and the lawless outskirts of the galaxy to settle in Corneria. Having no history, professional skills, or education, Freyr took up an apprenticeship working in mechanics slowly building up a life of normalcy and stability that he had never had the chance to experience before. Freyr now enjoys a quiet life in the lower-middle class of Cornerian society as a simple citizen – with a slight taste for rebellions and individualistic attitude.

Personality/traits/skills: Due to the time Freyr spent on Titania learning how to fight, Freyr is heavily built, very strong, and tends to be aggressive when approaching conflict. Somewhat antisocial and awkward at times

Specialization: Around the end of his second year in the academy, he began displaying interesting abilities. The abilities of a Soulsmith, a type of psychic with rather weak mental abilities, like very weak telepathy that sounds like static, or psychokinesis that can only move stuff that he could at normal strength. Although these abilities are much stronger thanks to military grade implants in his brain. A soulsmith's defining ability is "forging" blades, weapons, shields, barriers, objects, and tools out of shimmering, glowing, translucent psionic energy called psenergy, which is literally the physical manifestation of one's mind or "soul." hence the term. Once these abilities surfaced, he spent the other two years of his education going between the academy and various laboratories for testing and study. Scientists have found out many things about the mind and life in general by studying him... Especially the inside of his head.

All living things have Psenergy, But few can control it to the degree that a soulsmith can. Renard is capable of making and using various melee weapons,From as simple as a club to things as complex as a scythe or katars, but he prefers Daggers, Shortswords, and other small blades. Any weapon he makes are as only sharp as a normal blade and they can be broken. the lethality and durability of these items influencing and directly altered by his mental focus. As such, the Cornerian government gave him extensive encephalitic implants to weaponize him as soon as possible. Thankfully this had a fairly glancing impact on his personality, although he is stuck with his own thoughts more often, and seldom speaks to strangers. He's a tad eccentric and getting along with him now requires some effort. when asked about the ramifications fo these implants, he's voiced hope that he can return to normal.

Renard cannot make most projectile or mechanical weapons, as they are beyond his capabilities, being too complicated to mimic or his lack of experience with them. the only projectile weapon he's truly capable of maintaining is a bow, But he rarely uses it because it tires him out. Unlike blades or melee weapons, the arrows it fires don't return to his total psenergy when they dissipate. Although like any warrior, he does get tired. Condensing, using,maintaining and shifting the psionic weapons requires both a physical and mental effort, so extremely prolonged combat takes its toll.

Renard's psenergy, which is normally Sky blue in hue, has an interesting property of changing color in response to mood, or changing to match the psenergy color in another living thing. (Much like aura, Psenergy usually has a unique color from person to person.) He uses this property to track and locate living things and as a bit of a crutch in social situations, using it as a guide to the intents and personalities of others. This of course, generally weirds out the people he "reads".

Needless to say, His psychic abilities still come with a couple extra perks, such as communicating with spirits, or picking up the occasional thought. Recent lab tests denote from his abilities to condense and disperse energy, he may be capable of Thermokinesis, manipulation of heat and cold, of fire and ice. But scientists are not certain how to go about doing this, much less it's possibility.

As a final note, The scientists currently researching Renard have asked any using him for missions to take responsibility for any uses and tests to their test subject. Bascially worded as. " you use him you buy him." He must have been a handful to the previous station.

Skillsets: A psychic. Exhibits expert-level use of melee weapons of varied types, and proficient in martial arts. Rather stubborn, and as such, an adept survivalist.

Description: Eurydice is more no-nonsense than fun but actively tries to balance the two. Her turning to bounty hunting scared her into that mindset. Appearance wise, she’s a healthy female donned in cargo pants, a tube top and a bomber jacket, all accented with a glowing design called Line Shield. On her feet are the constant greaves portion of her Heracles with the gauntlets held in hand or in her ship when not her use. The device known as Zip-Locker is actually designed as a large wearable zipper clipped to her belt that allows quick access to ship from practically anywhere. (The ship tends to be in orbit at most.) Eurydice herself has a tan colored coat with brown hair on her head styled into a short pony tail. Her eyes are ice blue. She also tends to correct her posture often, if she isn’t standing up straight then she’s fidgeting to do so.

Details on clothing: The Heracles greaves are a power booster and are her default footwear. They are functionally similar to boots with some armor plating. Upon activation they boost leg strength. The Heracles gauntlets are similar and boost arm strength. The Line Shield is a glowing design that shows up on her clothing. It’s controlled mentally and can be turned off for stealth. The Line Shield all connects to a lyre design on back of her tank top and jacket.

Specialization: Eurydice is meant mainly to be a bodyguard for any non-combatant on the team. She’s versatile enough to assist people on the team with small jobs.

Background: Eurydice lived a normal life actually. She went through her paces in school and was just starting college. However, her brother ran off to forge his own path in the galaxy out of what appeared to be boredom. She set out to find him and get answers. Maybe drag him back to Defora. Eurydice’s extended family includes retired mercs and military personnel so she learned from them before leaving her homeworld. While she was able to find one of her brother’s frequent employers, he seemed to keep them apart as often as he could As such, Eurydice begrudgingly works for him as well in exchange for chances to see her brother as well as weapons and equipment.

Equipment:

-Heracles: Strength-multiplying gauntlet and greaves. They can also discharge electricity in a move Eurydice calls “Zeus Driver†but the name is just her being dramatic.

-Amazon 2X- Twin Laser Pistols that combine into “Hybrid Mode†to increase shot power. Eurydice keeps them in 2X Mode though due to her inexperience with Rifles.

-Line Shield: Shield generators woven into her clothing that forms a loose barrier around her at all times. The barrier can form a hard shield around a small area if Eurydice is aware of an incoming attack and react to it.

Strength 5 + 2 (7) While not much stronger than the average person, the Heracles set increases her strength by a great degree. The Line Shield also makes her harder to kill.

Perception 5 +1 (6) Eurydice has trained her perception through practice with the Line Shield as it’s most effective when the user to aware of attacks and can react.

Charisma 5 Eurydice is able to function in society well enough.

Intelligence 5 She finished high school and started college but didn’t finish.

Agility 5 + 1 (6) In training with her Line Shield, she also increased her ability to respond to attacks. She learned Counter Trigger thanks to this.

Skillsets: Eurydice has much training in combat and has picked random skills from her previous jobs. Her training in Counter Trigger gives her a basis in other martial arts.

Martial Arts (Mastery- Counter Trigger) Counter-Trigger is a style that is used while holding her Amazon pistols upside-down and using them as striking weapons. It is meant mostly to counter attacks and uses the pistols as a deadly counter attack. Works best one on one and starts to become ineffective after about 3 other combatants.

Melee Weapons- Learned to use such weapons as a way to arm herself in most environments. No specialization due to using many types of improvised weapons.

Hand Guns- Learning to use her Amazon pistols gives Eurydice the distinction of being a trained gunman.

Savoir-Faire- Not one to be relaxed, Eurydice picks up on details and tries to remember them should they be useful later.

Survival- Bounty hunting isn’t a cushy job. The things Eurydice has endured coupled with her training by family has shown her tricks to surviving in battle or during exploration.

Background:

Ea was born on a lush planet far away in another planetary system altogether. She ran away from her home at the age of 14 and managed to sneak aboard a ship headed for Corneria. In Corneria, she trained for a while in the CDF as a cadet and learned to fly. A year-and-a-half into training, she was in a near-fatal flight accident. As a result, she suffered a major head injury doctors thought she would never recover from. As a result, she lost much of the strength and fighting skills she gained in the CDF. Description: Gold eyes, light red/orange fur with localized white fur in his face, top of the head and tip of the tail. Nothing remarkable except for the marking that reads "#0343" in his right arm. Usually wears normal researcher uniform, although has a special liking for space EV suits.

Background: Little is known about Kevin, or even Kevin does know little about himself, for that matter. By a matter of chance, Kevin was found in what seemed like a research project for advanced cryo-sleep procedures in a Cornerian deep space research vessel believed to have been destroyed more than two decades ago, due to a experiment that gone wrong, which resulted into a EMP burst. All data the vessel's database had into the incident was destroyed, and Kevin was only alive due to a fail-safe that enabled indefinite cryo-sleep. He suffers from partial memory loss due to the long-term cryo-sleep he was induced into, although he still manages to remember his name and biological age (i.e. age he was before cryo-sleep), but in counterpart he does not remember other circumstances such as what was the research's objective or any other facts that resulted in the incident. Even with such impairment in memory, Kevin adapted rather rapidly to the current years, partly due to his impressively fast learning in general, and part due to the knowledge he already had, he soon set career into general research and tech development.

As the years passed, Kevin became proficient in the field of experimental energy weapons research and its applications, proving his ability in field testing of said tech in meantime.

Personality: Kevin is well-tempered and has a good knowledge in most topics, being an excel in some, he is considered a 'living encyclopedia' for those around him. Though, that comes at cost of his social abilities, since he is a bit socially awkward in casual conversations. He is a hopeless perfectionist for his energy weapons setting tweaking and such, and can't help himself but to investigate every new hardware he gets his hands into. In fact, he also can keep calm under threatening situations, but desperate measures may be taken if Kevin finds himself with no other choice. He has a good ability with weapons, and is even better at optimizing them to their potential. Kevin acts mostly solo, but is trying to change this habit while having to deal with his problems of facing when he's defeated.

Personality: Very vivid and quippy. Axel's extremely outspoken and doesn't fear saying what's in his mind. ... alright, look, you two guys. I do appreciate the fact you want in on the RP, but...

It's already at the cusp of starting. I've already announced that profiles are closed, that everything is in order and all I have to do is make the starting post. I already have ten really good applications, that have been retooled several times over many weeks to ensure the highest quality possible.

Now, I don't dislike your concepts. A deaf character and a human popsicle amuse me! But... your stats are poorly thought out and are already covered by other character, your skills are nothing special, and honestly your backgrounds don't interest me beyond the deaf/cyro gimmicks. I'm sure with time these characters could be fine tuned into something great, but it's far too late now. I can't delay the RP any further.
