LinkyHYC Posted April 20, 2017 Report Share Posted April 20, 2017 I'm usually more of a metalhead, meaning the music I mostly listen is heavy metal or hard rock, but I do like to listen to some MC Solaar, one of the (if not the) very best French rapper of all time. Straight from the 90's, here's "Le Nouveau Western", which you could translate to "the new western", in which Solaar talks about an average guy getting stuck and crushed (in a way) by the new society, using western métaphores to describe the life of this person. I've never been into metal music in the past, as much as I've tried, but I finally found a band that I could get into.
