Have you noticed that when you kill/spare Asgore, when Flowey crashes the game, if you reload up the game and during the moment where the intro freezes, the window name flips out as well? In the original Metal Gear Solid, during Sniper Wolf's death scene, she said that she met The Boss earlier in her life. Maybe she's actually Quiet.
