You can still join if you wish to do so,if so please head over to the Disccussion Thread)This is based partially on my Jurassic Park/Star Fox mix RP, Althrough this one would be a lot more simple, yet more fun to play.It would be more action-based than the previous one, no 'strategical' stuff in (as in the original RP), and most stuff will be JP-based.RP Name/Title: Survival in Jurassic Park.Style: Forum.Theme: Mainly Jurassic Park, with some Science Fiction thrown in.Setting: Pretty much Jurassic Park; The 'Island' is going to be a mix from all 3 JP movies, plus fan-ideas.Description/Prologue:John Hammond has invited you, as well as Star Fox team, to his newly build Jurassic Park. You are not allowed to bring any weapons or special equipment due to security reasons, but also you do not find it necesary since you are not going to a mission.Problems will soon arise, and hell will break lose...Would you be able to survive the Jurassic Park?°The starting point will be a city's Airport, we will all meetup there, and then fly to the island when everything isready/ok.Goal: Be able to escape the Jurassic Park. Optionally, you might also want to seal it off, but it is not needed to finish the RP.Special Rules include:°No weapons, at least notat the start point. And even laterno guns/lasers. You did not bringthem and you were not expectingto use them. °Dinosaurs are not affected by magic, and your 'special powers' will not work as long as you stay in the island. Note that special abilities (Such as Telekinesis) are also disabled. °Your Communicator/PDA/GPS will not work for communiating with others, as maps, or as means to call for help. Find, power up, and use the ones in the island. °No battle armor/helmet/shields. You did not bring them in, neither. °No 'Survival Gear' - You were not expecting to 'survive', and thus you did not bring any of this. Also, no equipment that can allow you to escape certain situations (eg: No Jetpacks, Medkits, Batteries, or such). °You can run or hide from and/or outhink the dinos, but you can not beat them with your bare hands. °And just to make it really clear: No, you are not Chuck Norris' clone, so no 'godmodding' or 'invincibility'. Godmodding might be anything from killing a T-Rex by punching it with your hands from making a thunder kill it randomly. ° Robots, Sentient Ships or Transformer Characters are also allowed. You however lose any Robotic special abilities, such as being able to connect to PC's by yourself. Use the keyboard or other methods to interact with it.° No 'custom transport'. You will travel to the island using John Hammond's, regardless of who your character is. So, no UFOs, Landmasters, Arwings or similar. In the island you might still be able to find jeeps and such, but no military vehicles such as tanks.° Characters that may be able to fly (such as birds) can not. As much you may hover, but it will not help you if you fall from a very high place without a parachute or similar. You may find those in the island, but nothing like Jetpacks, hoverboards, ect.Intended player count: Anyone can play as long as you follow the rules, both of the Board and the Special Rules of the RP.Characters: You can be any Canon and Semi-Canon Character from any of the mentioned movies/games as long as it is not already in use. All/any Fan Characters are welcome too. That does included Miyu, Fay, Fara, or a Pink Katt and a Siamesse Katt at the same time. Robots, Tranformers, Sentient Ships and such are also permited, althrought they lose their robot-specific abilities (see the Special Rules).Characters from JP can also be used. Guest Mr. Mario Posted July 17, 2010 Report Share Posted July 17, 2010 Norman got up from his bed, putting on his usual tux, took his shower and read the morning paper in his kitchin.There was headline for a vacation spot at an airport taking off to JURASSIC PARK, Norman felt like he needed a break from his job but he clearly forgot that NO WEAPONS OR GIZMOS WERE ALLOWED, though he really wanted to bring weapons, he sighed and went to his limo...weaponless.His driver asked where to go and Norman said to the location of the airport...... ... ... ...Time passed, Norman arrived at the airport, paid his driver and he walked to an elevator to the location that was said in the paper... MUSIC TIME)More time passed using the elevator, after a *ding* was heard, the door slided open and Norman walked out of the elevator.Trying to remember the location of the air flight to JURASSIC PARK, Norman saw a frog and robots...'They must be the one whos going...'
