Saw how to train your dragon. It's ok.

Cons

The 3D is pointless except for the big battles at the start and end.

You can tell from the first 60 seconds exactly how the film is going to go down. If you have seen any films of the last 30 years, you've seen this. Esp Transformers.

Pros

The dragon is great. The scenes where the dragon is the focus are the best. It's a shame that there so much of the humans.

Also, there was a trailer for Toy Story 3 and Shrek 4. Looked aweful.

Ohh, I LOOOVE WOody Allen movies, I just watched Everything You ALways Wanted To Know About Sex*

*But Were Afraid To Ask

I came close to dying laughing at it, it is HILARIOUS,

Victor Shakapopulis: I don't know if you've read my book, "Advanced Sexual Positions: How to Achieve Them Without Laughing."

Divorce Court Judge: The defendant did commit an adulterous act with a sheep - most distasteful in view of the fact that the sheep was under 18 years old.

Dr. Bernardo: That's what they called me at Masters and Johnson for creating a 400-foot diaphragm. Contraception for the entire nation at once!

I saw Kick-ass last weekend, I wouldn't recommend spending valuable Iron Man 2 ticket money on it tho, it was good and all, but  jet-pack scene ruined i the movie for me.

two movies that certainly nobody heard about /or not much about it:

1- anyone heard about the World f warcraft movie? a least they said that they are trying to make something very close to the game, as i heard on a video games guness 2009, Thall (the orc king/leader) is the main character. (on your face alliance!)

2- kill bill 3, the new one is with the (already adult) daugher of the main character of kill bill 1 & 2, bet who is going to be the villain?

if you guys want me to tell who is, just post here. if you wanna try to guess who is, post here too.

tip: it's a woman that got famous not so much time ago.

I originally heard that the Warcrack movie was going to be about some random human paladin played by Leonardo DiCaprio, they are constantly changing their minds about it, and I doubt it will see the light of day, much like Duke Nukem Forever. Also, even if they did release it, I might not see it since Warcrack went to hell a long time ago, which is why I stopped playing it.

@hatsworth III, yeah, i have a good feeling the WoW movie is going to be another D&D movie.. very sad stuff..

i dont play Warcraft, or "WarCrack" as Vydrach puts it.. and thats definately true! i have a slew of friends that have been "converted" into WoW players.. now we never hang out anymore, all they do is huddle around their laptops while me and some other friends play something else like brawl or halo.

its really quite sad actually.. and there is no way in hell theyre converting me too! i have a big enough addiction in my life already *general video gaming* i would try to BEAT warcraft. LOL, not to mention its casual as hell now from what ive heard.

A movie centered around the fantasy roleplaying universe "Dungeons & Dragons". I haven't seen it, but I've heard it was a properly bad movie.

I always did love Robocop. My friend hadn't seen it, and I owned Robocop, and I hadn't seen Sin City and he had a copy of that, so we exchanged the two for a few days to see them, and he loved Robocop, and I loved Sin City.

Sin City is great. Robocop is also good. I love the design of Ed 209.

I just finished watching Heat. If you don't know it, it's a bank robbery film famous for making realistic gunfights popular. A clever film. Nailbiting stuff. Every action scene is a case of "Oh crap, how the hell are they going to get out of this one!"

Didn't that Heat movie inspire a real life bank robbery.

I believe you are referring to the 1997 North Hollywood Shootout at a Bank of America branch.

Here is the wiki article http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/North_hollywood_shootout

(It was found that the two gunman had a VHS of HEAT in their VCR.  No one will ever know if that inspired them.)

Robocop is indeed a great movie. And like Sabre, I also love the design of ED 209, so much in fact that I gave him a cameo role in a chapter of my fanfiction.

The second one wasn't bad either, but far from as good as the first one. RoboKane was also a great robot design.

Strange really, these large dummies brought to life by stop-motion seems just, better, than the multimillion CGI robots such as seen in Bays Transformers. At least in my opinion.

Looks awsome until he moves along side real film. Thats the problem, stop motion can never realisticly move as smooth as the film without making the film in jerky vision.

True that. It isn't as much of a problem while the robots are alone on the screen. They are robots after all, they are supposed to move somewhat jerky.

I wonder why they cant some how combine the two. Stop motion instead of motion capture? Maybe animate at half speed then bump it forward using computers, or use the stop motion and photoshop to fill in the missing frames?

A Sound of Thunder.

Rather cool. The effects fit

(save for the 3D cars) but

still I liked the Science Fiction/

Mutated Prehistoric Animals

combination.
